And then one year ago I decided to sell. We had heard about Margaret and Melanie through our good friend and neighbor who had raved about them and had also sold their house through them. All of our dealings with Margaret and Melanie were wonderful. There was no concern that we had that wasn’t addressed. The listing, the showings, and sale all went very smoothly. We moved to NYC. If they were here, we’d be using them to buy a place in the Big Apple!
